Matthew 25:40 (NLT) “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’
Today want to give a shout out to Mother Teresa(Aug. 26, 1910 – Sep. 5, 1997) who was an Albanian Roman Catholic nun who founded the Missionaries of Charity and won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979 for her humanitarian work. For over forty years she ministered to the poor, sick, orphaned, and dying in Calcutta, India. This simple, humble, Godly servant exemplified the heart of God for the poor. Some speculate whether or not she was saved. It would be MORE impressive if she wasn’t saved and that she was able to be SOO much like Jesus WITHOUT Him living in her heart. If Christ wasn’t at home in her heart and she was able to be so much like him it invokes the question “WHAT’S MY PROBLEM”. I mean, I have Christ in my heart and the life she lived humbles me & makes me want to stretch in being more uncomfortable so that others can draw comfort from me. Be more broken so others can find wholeness. Be more like Jesus so others will find Jesus through me. She once said And her life truly sets an example of faithfulness. Read and book about her and you will be hard pressed to not be moved to tears
